SEPTEMBER FOOD SAFETY TRAINING CLASSES

California LGMA provides high quality, professional food safety trainings for the leafy greens industry. Handlers, growers, harvesters, service providers, cleaning / sanitizing companies, and others involved in producing leafy greens turn to CA LGMA trainings to gain current information pertinent to their industry role.

The Harvest Equipment Cleaning & Sanitizing Training is mandatory for CA LGMA Audit compliance. The Environmental Assessment Training meets CA LGMA audit requirements. Managing and Supervising Harvest Operations and Personnel provides basic management skills to supervisory employees.

CA LGMA provides these trainings at no charge, as a service to our industry, but cancellation of registration is requested prior to the training to avoid a “no-show” fee. Registration for all trainings is online at lgma.ca.gov or by using the below links. Training Facilitator: Sergio Nieto Montenegro, Food Safety CTS
